Intellectual Property Rights Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 21 June 2024
1. Overview
Sahayogi One Private Limited has invested years of research, development, and operational experience in creating the products, methodologies, content, and brand that make up the Sahayogi ecosystem. This Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Policy explains what intellectual property Sahayogi owns, how it is protected, what you are and are not permitted to do with it, and how to report infringement.
All intellectual property described in this Policy is protected under applicable Indian law — including the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Patents Act, 1970, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 — and under applicable international IP conventions to which India is a signatory.
2. What Sahayogi Owns
2.1 Original Methodology and Frameworks
The following methodologies and frameworks are original intellectual property developed by Sahayogi One Private Limited and its founders. They are protected as original literary and creative works under the Copyright Act, 1957, and may be the subject of future IP registration applications.
The Business Doctor Methodology — Sahayogi’s proprietary 5-step framework for diagnosing and transforming business operations: Diagnose → Design → Compare & Select → Deploy → Drive. The methodology, its structure, terminology, application framework, and associated documentation are original IP belonging to Sahayogi One Private Limited.
The 3C Framework — Connected, Controlled, Consistent. The framework describing Sahayogi’s ecosystem design philosophy, its articulation, and application across the product suite.
The 9-Product Ecosystem Architecture — The specific design, structure, integration logic, and product interconnection map of the Sahayogi ecosystem as a unified business operating system.
Passive User Detection (Tax Sahayogi) — The approach to calibrating tax and compliance responses based on the inferred profile of the user without requiring a formal profile submission.
Business Health Check Diagnostic Framework — The structured diagnostic approach used in Office Sahayogi engagements, including the categories, sequencing, and output structure of the Business Health Check.
Reproduction, adaptation, or commercialisation of any of these methodologies — in whole or in part — without Sahayogi’s express written permission is prohibited.
2.2 Website and Product Content
All text, graphics, icons, photographs, video, audio, data compilations, page layouts, and other content on sahayogi.in and across all Sahayogi product platforms — including product pages, help content, onboarding materials, and any other written or visual content — is copyright Sahayogi One Private Limited, unless otherwise attributed.

2.4 Trademarks and Brand
Sahayogi’s trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand elements are described in the Trademark Policy at /legal/trademark-policy. They are listed here for completeness as part of Sahayogi’s overall IP portfolio.
2.5 Consulting Deliverables
Deliverables produced by Sahayogi One Private Limited in the course of Office Sahayogi consulting engagements — including Business Health Check reports, system design documents, SOP documentation, and MIS templates — are created works owned by Sahayogi One Private Limited. Upon full payment of the engagement fee, Sahayogi grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those deliverables for the client’s own internal business operations. This licence does not permit the client to reproduce, adapt, or commercialise the deliverables for use with third parties without Sahayogi’s written consent.
